A former American Karate Champion, North American Kickboxing Champion and owner of USA Karate & Fitness. As a trainer, instructor or coach I always believed in promoting, teaching and educating students and members Total Fitness – mental, physical,emotional, social and spiritual in order to grow and achieve their maximum potential. My history has always been about values, especially in regard to our youth and America, Getting people healthy & fit, feeling and looking great!
