Bruce Wright on… the Coach/Client Dynamic

Author, Trainer, Speaker and Mentor Bruce Wright describes Equanicity Resource’s unique approach to coaching. At Equanicity Resources our perspective on coaching is extremely rare in the marketplace. The most common view is that coaches do not need meaningful, relevant experience to help you meet your goals. We disagree with that popular view. Equanicity Resources believes that the most effective coaches are those who possess meaningful personal experience and, dare we say, a record of success in your specific area of interest. Equanicity Resources coaches have already been down the road you want to travel — they will guide you efficiently to your destination — allowing you to achieve the outcome you desire. As with so many aspects of life and business, you get to choose the model, perspective and platform that you think and feel will serve you best.
